The VSAT Scholarship provides 100% to 10% fee reductions for top-ranking undergraduate students. Merit scholarships are awarded to students based on board exam results, with 100% tuition fee coverage for top performers from CBSE and State boards. 

Vels University also provides a 100% scholarship for transgender individuals and Sri Lankan Tamil refugees, ensuring that these marginalized communities have access to quality education and opportunities for personal and academic growth. 

The Ishari Velan Merit Scholarship rewards the top 3 rank holders in each program with fee concessions. Chancellor Merit Scholarships offer up to 75% fee concessions for economically challenged students and those from the film industry. 

The Sports Scholarship provides up to 100% fee coverage for outstanding athletes, and alumni scholarships offer a 20% fee reduction for VISTAS graduates continuing in higher studies. 

Scholarships for economically weaker sections, ex-servicemen, COVID-19 warriors, and differently-abled students further emphasize VISTAS’ commitment to inclusivity. 

Employees of VISTAS receive fee reductions for their children, and SC/ST students with an income below 5 Lakh are eligible for additional scholarships. The transport freeship helps reduce commuting costs for students.
