Vels Group of Institutions stepped into the healthcare industry with the establishment of Vels College of Pharmacy in 1992. We have been instrumental in establishing a one of a kind multispeciality hospital, in memory of our Chairman’s father Sri Ishari Velan. Sri Ishari Velan Mission Hospital, Thalambur is equipped with 100 beds and strives to relieve suffering, and provide quality treatment, medicine and food at free of cost. Our dedication to healthcare has touched the lives of many and will hopefully continue to do so in the future.

ENT
ENT trained in the medical, surgical management and treatment of patients with diseases and disorders of the ear, nose, throat (ENT) along with structures of the head and neck, they are also called Otolaryngologists. From Tonsillitis, Ear Infections, Sinus issues, Vertigo, acid reflux to cancers, the specialists are trained in both medicine and surgery. Dysfunction and disruption of the ears, nose, or throat can dramatically affect the quality of life and may constitute a medical emergency if unchecked.
Ophthalmology
Ophthalmology is the specialized field of medicine that focuses on eye care and health. It includes the anatomy, physiology and diseases that may affect the eye. The visual system can be affected by a number of clinical conditions pertaining to nephrology. Ophthalmology involves diagnosis and therapy of these conditions, along with microsurgery.
